All doors must be kept closed (rear hatch and sliding doors). During the drive, windows must be kept half up to prevent animals from putting their heads into your vehicle. Bison must not be fed. During the breeding season (September to mid-November), male cervids must be avoided; it is very important not to feed or approach them. You travel at your own risk.
Receiving an order confirmation by email does not automatically mean that PARC OMÉGA INC. accepts the said order and is not a confirmation that PARC OMÉGA INC. commits to selling the tickets, products, season passes, gift certificates or other products mentioned. Only the ticket attached to the email allows you to attend the event you selected. Each electronic ticket has a barcode. This is a unique code assigned to your transaction and it cannot be photocopied.
The electronic ticket must be presented in paper form or via a mobile phone upon your arrival at PARC OMÉGA INC. The barcode will be scanned on site. The barcode allows a single entry.
If several tickets have been purchased, each ticket presented at the entrance will grant access to the park. If the ticket has already been presented at the entrance, the scanner will indicate that it is invalid. Should this be the case, a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket must be presented to validate the ticket.

The billed amount will appear on the next statement under the name PARC OMÉGA INC. No refund or exchange will be granted unless the event is cancelled or postponed. The holder of an electronic ticket assumes all responsibility for the risks and dangers that may arise from the activity, whether suffered before, during or after it, and waives any claim for loss and damage resulting from any cause whatsoever. PARC OMÉGA INC. cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect problems or damages that may occur during the event.
It is important to note that the time it takes to receive the confirmation email may vary depending on the email service used. Rain or shine, the event takes place. In the event of bad weather conditions (strong winds and/or storms, snow), Parc Oméga may delay departures or cancel the activity to ensure everyone’s safety. In the event of cancellation, the information will be published the same day from 3 p.m. on parcomega.net. For any cancellation made by Parc Oméga, ticket holders will be able to select a new date and time slot.
Reservation is mandatory for toddlers (2-5 years old).
Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. It is strictly forbidden to consume drugs and alcohol during this activity.
By purchasing your tickets, you acknowledge that you use the trail at your own risk. The trail is accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, it includes ascending and descending slopes of about 35 degrees. By purchasing your tickets, you are able to undertake the activity with full knowledge and accept the risks that this activity may involve. You agree to respect all the safety rules and other rules imposed by Parc Oméga.
This product is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Resale is strictly prohibited and illegal. The gift card amount can be used on the purchase of admission, on catering and in the various points of sale of Parc Oméga. This gift card is in no way valid for online reservation and payment. It is not replaceable or refundable in the event of loss, theft or damage.

The membership issued by Parc Oméga allows holders to access the animal park at any time during current opening hours (opening hours vary by season).
The membership is valid for a period of one year. The period covered by the membership begins on the date of purchase. Once the purchase is made, the individual must go to Parc Oméga to take their photo and collect their card before their first visit.
The membership may only be used by its holder and may not, at any time, be sold, transferred or exchanged. The holder’s photo must appear on the membership card.
Members under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to access the park. To benefit from park access, the holder must present their membership card at admission. An ID card may be requested from the membership holder at any time.
In the event of a broken or lost card, a new card may be requested from the administrative office for a fee of $5.
Parc Oméga reserves the right to temporarily close the park or certain sections of the park due to extreme weather conditions. Parc Oméga reserves the right to close certain parts of the park without notice.
A membership card may be withdrawn at any time by Parc Oméga if the holder’s behaviour does not comply with the safety instructions on the Parc Oméga site. No refund or compensation will be granted in such a situation.
